Type A

35 m², 2 guests

A sun-filled apartment gazing out over the mountains of Arabba, set on the first or second floor in the heart of the house. It offers a kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, while generous windows frame the panorama like a living painting.

A bright apartment on the first or second floor, complete with a kitchen and living area with sofa, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower enclosure. Step out onto your own balcony to take in the sweeping mountain views.

Type C Deluxe

A one-of-a-kind, sun-drenched attic apartment, clad entirely in fragrant Swiss stone pine. It features a kitchen with a spacious living area and a traditional Stube, two double bedrooms each with its own private balcony, and a large bathroom with both shower enclosure and bathtub. The most refined retreat for those dreaming of a truly special stay.

Features in every apartment

Bathroom with shower (Type A with bathtub), bidet, bathroom window, hairdryer, safe, digital TV, Wi-Fi, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, and a balcony or terrace. Type A has no balcony.

Each apartment comes with bed and bath linen (a change is available for a small supplement per person) and a starter kit of cleaning products and toilet paper. Pets cannot be accommodated and smoking is not permitted.

What apartment types are available?

Four: Type A (35 m², 2 guests), Type B (55 m², up to 4), Type C (65 m², up to 6) and Type C Deluxe (70 m², 4 guests), all in Alpine style with views over the Dolomites.

Which apartment is best suited to a large family?

Type C, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace, sleeps up to 6 guests. The attic Type C Deluxe, finished in Swiss stone pine, is the most exclusive choice for 4 guests.

Do the apartments have a kitchen?

Yes, every apartment has a kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven.

Is linen included?

Yes. Bed and bath linen are provided; a change is available for a small supplement per person.
