Booking Conditions

These conditions apply to all bookings for the Royal Arabba properties — Chalet Royal, Garni Royal and Apartments Alpenroyal — made directly through our website, by e-mail or by telephone.

Deposit and booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once we have received your deposit and sent you our written confirmation. The deposit required amounts to 40% of the total booking value.

How to pay the deposit

You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, CartaSì).

Recommended insurance

To safeguard your trip against unexpected cancellations, we recommend taking out travel insurance. Please note that the property does not act as an intermediary, so you will need to arrange this directly with the insurance company.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled less than 10 days before arrival, the guest is liable for 70% of the booking value. Late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or a reduction in the number of guests do not alter the rate. All cancellations must be made in writing.
